If your pet is not a current patient at our clinic, a pre-boarding exam is required at least two weeks prior to their boarding stay.

All pets must be up to date on the following vaccines/tests:

Canine Vaccine, Testing & Prevention Requirements: Rabies, DHPP, Leptospirosis, and Bordetella vaccines are required, along with a negative fecal exam and a negative heartworm test. Proof of continuous veterinary-prescribed heartworm/flea/tick prevention is also required.

Feline Vaccine, Testing & Prevention Requirements: Rabies and feline distemper vaccines are required, along with a negative fecal exam. Proof of continuous veterinary-prescribed flea/tick prevention is also required.

Pets must be fleas, tick, and parasite FREE.

If we see evidence of fleas, ticks, or intestinal parasites, we will treat your pet accordingly without contacting you.

You may bring toys, bedding, blankets, etc. with your pet. We will make every effort to return them in good condition, but we cannot guarantee that they will go home in the same condition they arrived in. We can provide any bedding or food for your pet, with the exception of some prescription diets.

We will ask you for emergency contact information during each stay.

If your pet exhibits unacceptable aggressive behavior while boarding, we will contact you. We cannot endanger our employees.

Please note that our clinic is not staffed 24 hours a day. However, if your pet becomes ill or injured during their stay, our veterinarians are available during regular business hours. In the event that care is needed, we require your guidance on how you would like us to proceed.
